Class Descriptions:

Parent child: ages 18- 30 months. Filled with action and fun to teach motor skills, increase attention and listening skills for our new little jumpers and tumblers. Mini bars, beams, trampolines, multiple share mats for the ultimate mini experience. Parental involvement increases family bonds.

Blue Frog: beginner gymnasts ages 3's,4's and young 5's years with activities to increase attention and listening skills for our new little jumpers and tumblers. Mini bars, beams, trampolines, multiple share mats for the ultimate mini experience. Parental involvement is encouraged for these tiny gymnasts.

Leapord Frogs: intermediate ages 4 to 6 year old gymnasts, learning to perfect cartwheels and other basic tumbling skills. Mini bars, beams, trampolines and multiple mats are used to give our Leapard Frogs an all around gymnastic experience.

Bull frogs: Advanced gymnasts ages 4 to 7 year old that have mastered cartwheels and are ready for more advanced gymanstic skills. Round offs, 1 arm cartwheels, handsprings and walkovers are a few of the skills learned in this class. Mini bars, beams, trampolines and multiple mats are used to give our Bull frogs an all around gymnastic experience.

Kangaroos: ages 7 years and up tumbling and trampoline classes. Their main goal is to master a cartwheel and finish in lunge.

Adv. Beginner 1: Tumbling and trampoline class, straight legged cartwheel with lunge required. These tumblers will work to master round off and jump skills.

Adv. Beginner 2: Tumbling and Trampoline class, proper hurdle round off and rebound required. These tumblers will work on walkover, handsprings and jumps.

Adv. Beginner 3: Tumbling and Trampoline class, back handspring required. These tumblers work on multiple back handsprings and flips.

Teen Tumbling: Beginning tumbling class for those 11 years and older. Back handspring is emphasized.

Running tumbling: Connections of multiple back handsprings, and flips for those who already have back handsprings. Some standing tumbling involved in this class. Twice a week is strongly encouraged

Back handspring class: A strong round off is required for this class and the back handspring class must accompany at least one other class, for the strength and safety of our students

Flip class and twist class: Lay outs, pikes, twisting tumbling and standing flip skills are learned. Strong round off back handspring back tuck required

Adult Cardio Core Fusion: This is a Total body workout for teens and adults. This 45 minute workout is a power packed fusion of step, cardio, core ball, weights and resistance bands for parents and siblings on the go.

Cheer Tumble 1: Main emphasis will be on learning back handspring, round off required.

Cheer Tumble 2: Emphasis on multiple back handsprings and tucks, round off back handspring required.

Cheer Tumble 3: Emphasis on layouts and twisting. Round off back handspring, back tuck required.
